RUT240 all LEDs are on and the device does not respond

Hello,

on my RUT240 all LEDs are on and the device is not working. I already tried to access the bootloader menu and reset the device completely.

Unfortunately nothing happens at all when I press the reset button. All LEDs are still on continuously.

What can I do?

Hi,
have you already tried a power-on-reboot to recover from the hanging situation? It's not a real solution :-(.

Hello,

If the device is not responsive to the bootloader recovery, then, unfortunately, there is not much else that can be done and you should return the device for warranty repair or replacement
