if I set my Teltonika RUT955 to act also as a NTP server what is the IP and the port of the NTP server then, as no specific settings or documentation is available?

Hello,

Once you enable NTP server on the RUT955, you should use "router's IP" in your other device's NTP settings. Default RUT955's LAN IP is 192.168.1.1 (you can change this IP from "Network -> Mobile menu").

Standard NTP port is UDP 123
