Hello,

I cannot reach the WEBUI of my router since a few days. It worked fine since last February. But now it stopped. I tried with three computers and one Android tablet, four different browsers and emptied all caches. Therefore I believe the problem is in your RMS Service.

The Error Message is (in Chrome) :  ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

My Device is a RUT955, SN 1114917691, FW RUT9_R_00.07.01.2

 

What can I do? I look forward to your kind assistance.

Could you please check the following:

  • If you have physical access to the device, do you have Redirect to HTTPS enabled in System -> Administration -> Access control? Disable it, if it is set to.
  • Could you check if you are able to reach your device by creating Remote HTTP(S) configuration from under RMS connect section in RMS web page?
  • Would it be possible to get a troubleshoot file from the device?
