Hello,

I cannot reach the WEBUI of my router since a few days. It worked fine since last February. But now it stopped. I tried with three computers and one Android tablet, four different browsers and emptied all caches. Therefore I believe the problem is in your RMS Service.

The Error Message is (in Chrome) :  ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

My Device is a RUT955, SN 1114917691, FW RUT9_R_00.07.01.2

What can I do? I look forward to your kind assistance.

Thank you for reaching out!
This issue is most likely caused by the "Redirect to HTTPS option". In order to disable it, navigate to System → Administration → Access Control and disable the Redirect to HTTPS option.

If it does not solve the issue, please attach a troubleshoot file to your original query. It can be generated by navigating to System → Administration → Troubleshoot. It will only be visible to Teltonika moderators.
