Running a number of SIP phones over an IPSEC VPN, previously using a pair of RUT240s and recently upgraded to a pair of RUTX09s. All phones are currently not able to register in UDP mode, after switching to TCP mode it works. Packet capture shows register requests hitting the remote router but nothing on the local (PBX end) router. SMB/DNS etc all seem to be working fine.

Tried rolling back to an earlier firmware, recreating the connect, no joy. Firewall is on defaults.

Could you provide the Packet capture file by editing your question and attaching it?

Also, I would like you to attach a troubleshoot file to your question. Please, replicate the issue, then access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there.

A picture with your network topology would be helpful too.
