5 new RUT240 devices - none of them working with default user/pass

We have received a batch of 5 new RUT240 devices that all have the same error. It is not possible to access the device via WebUI with the default given username/password admin/admin01. 

  • Restored to factory settings. Did not solve the issue.
  • Tried to logon via SSH. root/admin01 or admin/admin01 is not accepted as credentials. 
  • Uploaded lastest firmware from the firmware boot menu. Did not solve the issue.
  • My last step is to try the bootloader upgrade, but the download is no where to be found?

Hi,

The new devices have the default username/password written on the device.

Since the devices are new, can you take a look at the back of the RUT240 (where serial,wifi, and other information is written) if it has a custom password?
