RUT240 Modem missing after update to RUT2_R_00.07.02.7

Modem settings and status is gone after update.

Hello,

Could you downgrade device firmware and check if the modem still operates?

Otherwise, I would like you to attach a troubleshoot file to your question. Please, replicate the issue, then access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there.

I have downgraded to Version RUT2_R_00.07.02 but modem is still missing.

Should i try a different version?

12 modems which i upgraded and setup are running well...

Seems like there is a hardware issue.

Could you clarify if the issue occur after router's firmware update or after attempt to update modem firmware?

Could you try firmware update via bootloader menu as described here: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT2xx_Firmware_via_The_Bootloader_Menu.

Otherwise, return the device for warranty repair or replacement.

The error occured after updating the routers firmware via web interface.

After that i searched the forum and found a possible solution to update the modems firmware. But it didn't solve the problem because no modem where found by modem_updater.

I downgraded the firmware via bootloader because i could not connect to the web interface.

Then i'm going to return it.
