Hello,

we have a lot of routers with lose mobil connection right now.

Therefor we ask our provider to disconnect the devices from the mobil network, so that they could reconnect.

As a feedback we recieved the feedback, that our devices behave in a strange way.

Every time the RUT955 sends a TCP RST (reset) when our server tries to establish a connection.

According to our network provider all routers are connected to the network, but we are not able to connect to the devices from remote.

Did you experience this before? And do you know what we need to change in the configurations to avoid this in future?

Most of the devices have the following firmware:

RUT9XX_R_00.06.08.5 / RUT9XX_R_00.06.08.6

Hello,

Are your devices in some private network? Could you provide more details on your topology and application?

Do you have the necessary ports opened in the firewall?

Are there any other configurations done in the router?

Best regards,
