IP ADDRESS OF RUT955 IS NOT SHOWING WHILE CONNECTED WITH COMPUTER. IT IS CONNECTED WITH PORT 1 OF ROUTER WITH COMPUTER.

WIFI DISABLED BEFORE THIS ISSUE

NOW I CANNOT ACCESS WITH ROUTER THROUGH IP ADDRESS AND ALSO INTERNET NOT WORKING.

SIM IS WORKING GOOD OT SHOWS FULL SIGNAL. ONLY CONNECTION PROBLEM WITH COMPUTER.

WHEN I CONFIGURE FROM COMPUTER TO CHANGE IP IT IS ALSO NOT WORKING.

ONLY SHOWS THAT DEFAULT GATEWAY IS NOT CONNECTED.

PLZ CHECK THIS ISSUE

Hello,

Please try a couple of the following things:

  • Factory reset the device, by pressing reset button and holding it for 12 or more seconds. See if you can access the router after it reboots.
  • Perform device recovery via bootloader menu. For instructions, please refer to this page. Be aware, that the looks of the http://192.168.1.1/index.html page, will determine the latest version you can update to with this method. However, if necessary, you will be able to update to later versions after successful recovery.
