Question

Once I updated the device to FW RUT9_R_00.007.03 the device disapeared from OpenVPN Network. Since the divice is fare away, I restored it to factory settings and catched it via RMS. But I need OpenVPN access, so I tried to configure OpenVPN Network via RMS: without success. Via Device Web UI over DynDNS I receive the Failure notice an unexpected error occurred: ca.crt while unsucessful saving, see picture attached.

Thank you for bringing this up. This seems to be recurring issue. I would like to have more details to replicate it and forward to the development team.

Could you provide the firmware you had before update?

How did you update the device:

• Via WebUI or RMS
• With Keep settings set to on or off? 

How were the certificates generated?

Could you replicate the issue, then access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file. Attach this file by editing your question or send it to me in a private message.

Last FW in OpenVPN was RUT9XX_R_00.06.09.2. Update via WebUI. With Keep all settings set to on. Ca.crt etc provided from service provider and used for a long time with old Firmware.
