Question

Hello

I'm trying to create a setup for one of our RV on the road.

The goal is that averything in the rv is connected to the office.

Here is what i did so far.

- In the rv RUT360 on LTE Local lan 10.128.1.1

- At the office udmpro running a l2tp server. Local office lan 10.129.1.1 and the vpn is 10.129.10.1

At this point i managed to create and connect the vpn using l2tp and ipsec as transport (see config screen shot)  but the trouble seems i cannot ping anything on the 10.129.1.1 subnet..

I checked online and can't seem to find more information.

Hello,

It would help to have server configuration details, especially key exchange proposal settings. 

A troubleshoot file from the RUT360 would be helpful too. To generate the file, first, replicate your configuration, then access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there. Attach the file by editing your question. The logs in the file may provide more details into possible causes of the issue.
