The attached file indicates rather poor signal reception, specifically SINR value:

• "net_mode": "LTE",
• "rssi": -60,
• "rsrp": -99,
• "sinr": -4,
• "rsrq": -18

In your case the suggestion would be to first try placing device in a different location. Check if both mobile antennas are properly attached, if possible, try a different antenna.

You can monitor signal strength in the WebUI Status -> Network -> Mobile section. For reference values, check this page.

Also, your device connects to LTE band 3. You could try setting a different band manually in Network -> Mobile -> General section by setting Band selection option to Manual. Bands to test: B1, B8, B41.
