Hello my RUT240 worked now very long but suddenly it lost the connection to teltonika remote services.
When I directly connected to the device I saw that the mac adress was set to FFFFFFFFFFFF and the serial number was like 000000000.
I thought best idea was to make a factory reset, but now the Wifi is unknow_0000 and via WebUI no login is possible with default user and pw.
What can I do to make the RUT240 usable again?
