Hi,

I'm facing an issue, I just ordered a new RUT950 but I'm not able to connect to internet. In the webUI I see Services -> cloud solutions -> rms that the connection state is failing because of the hostname (rms.teltonika-networks.com)

I'm using a sim card (Orange) from my phone.

What can I do to have internet access ?

SOLVED

My problem was that I didn't set the PIN of sim card in the webUI interface.

Even if it could be obvious that the router need the PIN to connect, it's not said anywhere in the starter guide that you need to configure the PIN.
