Starlink - Cannot access Starlink Dish on 192.168.100.1 from LAN 192.168.1.x.

Router RUT240

Starlink Dish is plugged into WAN Ethernet port but we cannot access the dish webpage at 192.168.100.1.

We also cannot ping this address 192.168.100.1 from LAN

When we plug the Starlink dish into the computer NIC directly we are given the following IP details

 IP Address: 100.77.193.9

 Subnet Mask: 255.192.0.0

 Default Gateway: 100.64.0.1

Hello,

Are you able to access Starlink dish over default gateway address 100.64.0.1, when it is connected directly to PC?

Have you tried to give PC's interface a static IP from 192.168.100.c subnet and access the dish? 

What address does RUT240 WAN interface receive, when it is connected to Starlink? 

Could you try address given as default IPv4 gateway for RUT240 from Status -> Routes -> General routes section assigned to WAN network?
