Question

Bought a vehicle with teltonika fmb920 can I reused it ? I bought already new sim card 2G from giffgaff and 12 credits to RMS but when I try to connect it is always offline only in app FMBT I can see where is vehicle. What I want is a map and live data where is vehicle can anyone help me to sort it out. Thank you
