ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS when connecting to RUT240 over RMS.

When I try to connect to WebUI over RMS I get ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. This only happens when the router is connected over mobile data. If I connect it over WAN the generated link works and I can access WebUI. Could this be beacuse the mobile data connection has a private IP address?

Hi,

Could you tell me your router last four serial numbers and last four MAC address symbols? Then I could check it via RMS.

Last four digits of serial: 0852

Last four MAC address characters: 3CEC

Your router has very weak GSM signal "signal: -99, conntype: LTE" please check your antennas or router location. This could cause your issues.

I moved the router and now I have -75 dBm signal, but I still get the same error when I try to connect to it over the generated link.
