Bonjour, 

Nous observons le manque de reaction de notre appareil. Depuis que nous l'avons demarrer, il ne demarre pas, rien ne se passe si ce n'est la led power qui est allumée.

Hello,

  

I'd recommend trying to reset the device using the bootloader method.

However, this sounds like it could be a hardware fault. Did the router turn off by itself or perhaps something in configuration or topology changed?

Merci pour votre retour.

Je n’ai pas encore commencé à configurer car je nai meme pas accès à l’adresse IP 192.168.1.1

 Je suis seulement au niveau de l’allumage. Le routeur ne s’est pas eteint seul.
