FMB001 and TAT100 backup tracker option does not work

Hello

I have a TAT100 and a FMB001. i want to use the TAT as my backup tracker. according to manual, i must have a Bluetooth 4.0 tab in my FMB001 configurator but it is missing. I also tested a FMB120 even with the bluetooth 4 tab available, there is no option to enabling backup tracker. all devices have the latest version firmware. what am i missing here?
