Hi. we need to adquire equipment that could handle lots of devices at the same time. Lets say more than 20. Is this one capable? or which one should we look for?

Important is the the amount of traffic, they generate.

20 connected wifi clients, generating no (user-)traffic, should not be a problem. In case, they are running large downloads, then another story.
