Hello dear community of Teltonika.
I need your help.

I have the following situation:
There is a device [device-A] with static network configuration:
-IP: 192.168.123.161
- Network: 192.168.123.0
- Mask: 254.254.254.0
- Gateway: 192.168.123.1

this configuration must not be changed

Additional device [device-PC] with dynamic network configuration:

-IP: 192.168.111.6
- Network: 192.168.111.0
- Mask: 254.254.254.0
- Gateway: 192.168.111.254

this configuration come from DHCP from RUT955

My (RUT9XX_R_00.06.08.3) [RUT955]
Has the following network configuration:

-IP: 192.168.111.254
- Network: 192.168.111.0
- Mask: 254.254.254.0

and [VPN] OpenVPN

- Network: 192.168.20.0
- Mask: 254.254.254.0
- Push option: route 192.168.111.0 255.255.255.0

I can reach [Device-PC] from VPN over LAN and vice versa.

However, when I connect [Device-A] to the LAN, I cannot reach [Device-A] with [Device-PC].

I even added a static route, no success.

But if I change network of [RUT955] as follows:

- IP: 192.168.123.254
- Network: 192.168.123.0
- Mask: 254.254.254.0

Then I can reach both [Device-A] and [Device-PC] via LAN, despite the wrong gateway under [Device-A].

However, [Device-A] cannot be reached via [VPN].

My question, how can I let two different networks (or other solution) communicate with each other?

I need to reach [Device-A] over both [VPN] and LAN.

Hi,

If it is possible, please update your device to the latest firmware version.

Could you please share your topology to see how the devices are connected? Also, provide a troubleshoot file. The troubleshoot file can be downloaded from the WebUI by navigating to System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot. You can attach the files to your question or send them to me via private message.
