Question

Good day, I have a RUT960 running FW version RUT9_R_00.07.02.7 that appears to be completely unresponsive. When I power up the unit, all the LED lights on the unit (the mobile signal level and mobile signal indicator lights as well as a green light on each of the four ethernet ports) shine.

I have tried to cycle the power on the unit, but this not appear to have any change - all the LEDs just go back on again.

I am however not able to ping the unit.

What else can i do?

Hello,

I would like you to perform device recovery, following firmware update instructions via bootloader menu, provided here.

Beware of the WebUI looks of http://192.168.1.1/index.html page, as it indicates the latest firmware version you can upload to the device during this procedure. More details are provided under Bootloader menu section.
