I can not access the routers web interface. I feel that I have done everything correctly during setup however, I can not access the ip address 192.168.1.1. I connect ethernet port to LAN and then to my computer and the network does not show up on my computer. Not sure the issue.

Thank you for contacting Teltonika Networks Crowd support community.

Make sure you are connected to the device’s Wi-Fi and that your computer is on the same IP subnet of the Wi-Fi network. That is the 192.168.1.0/24.

Also try to connect the ethernet cable directly to the computer and router.

If the Wi-Fi does not show up on your computer, please try to rest the RUT240 by pressing the reset button.
