Same with RUTX12, utter disgrace, they take your money but do not provide the user manual, or download, nor do they have after sales support via a chat facility, or a local country phone number.

How do they get away with this? Had I known I would not have bought the product. The product is only as good as the support mechanism.

Does anyone have a valid link please?

Hello,

It is suggested that to press ctrl+p (print) and download each individual page separately.

Now it is not possible to download the manual of any devices directly.

Even though before also the download as PDF feature was also only for the present page that was visible.

It is just that the offline PDF format manual is not available.
