After taking my hard earned cash, I find that they could not be bothered to provide a manual and the website PDF download is also faulty, a product is only as good as the support and supporting documentation.

Where can I download the manual please?

I'm sorry to hear that you're dissatisfied with your first experience with the device!

As we're constantly working on improving our software, only a quick start guide is included in the box, as we do not want our customers to receive devices with instructions that are not up-to-date.

Instead, for up-to-date manual/configuration examples/other relavant information, I'd recommend using our Wiki page dedicated to RUTX12, which can be found here.
