RUT240 How can i configure the router, the username and pass a valid when i enter 192.168.1.1

I looked for another way to configure the router, maybe an application  but found just  this https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/RUT2xx_Firmware, I updated bootloader, made a reset and its not solved. I tried wifi, LAN too. I am a new owner of the router, for exectly one week the network is free, web is open for everybody around. How can I go ahead.

A now using wi-fi there is no acces to 192.168.1.1/

try to reinstall router firmware via bootloader: https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/RUT2xx_Firmware_via_The_Bootloader_Menu
