Dear All,

We are facing difficulty that the RUT950 is unable to port forward properly.

We can access the router web app user interface remotely.

However, the port-forwarding rule (the Sshplc and Plchmi rules, see the screenshot attached)
did not work and our request keeps timing out.

We are not so adept in networking configuration, so your guidance will be very much appreciated.
We have attached the troubleshooting files inside here for your reference.

Hello,

Port forwarding rule seems to be configured correctly.

Can you confirm that your PLC/HMI has RUT950 LAN IP set as it's gateway address?
