A more detailed explanation is needed to fully understand, what do you want to achieve.
If it is remote device access you want, and the WAN IP you have is public, simply enable remote device access from router's WebUI, System -> Administration -> Access control page.
I highly recommend to change default ports to some random value to improve security.
