Sim2 is working properly.

When Changing to SIM1 No Data connection is possible.

Also tried to restart connection

Firmware is RUTX_R_00.07.03.4

SIM2 is working fine in a RUT955.

Hello,

Have you tried swapping SIMs and place working TELE2 SIM card into slot 1 and the other SIM into slot 2? If the SIM works, this would rule out hardware issues.

Have you tried inserting SIM1 in a different device, for example a smartphone, to see if it is able to establish mobile data successfully?

What is the operator of the first SIM?

Hello,

Yes, I have swapped the SIM cards with the same result.

The Tele2 SIM card is working properly and the KPN SIM card does not connect.

I have inserted the KPN SIM card in a RUT955 and connected right away.

Also when using a smart phone the KPN SIM card is working fine.

I have adjusted the service mode to 4G only and now it is connecting.
