I'm in general happy with the RUTX11. Since a while, I see 4G connection drops multiple times a day... the log looks like this:

107097S 2023-02-12 19:56:05 Backup Switched to backup WAN (Mobile)
107080S 2023-02-12 19:38:07 DHCP Leased 192.168.90.165 IP address for client EC:89:xxxxxxxx
107079S 2023-02-12 19:38:07 DHCP Leased 192.168.90.201 IP address for client - Teltonika-RUTX11 in LAN
107078S 2023-02-12 19:38:07 DHCP Leased 192.168.90.165 IP address for client EC:89:xxxxxxxx
107077S 2023-02-12 19:38:07 DHCP Leased 192.168.90.197 IP address for in LAN
43011N 2023-02-12 19:29:17 Network Type Joined 4G LTE
43010N 2023-02-12 19:29:16 Network Type Unknown

107065S 2023-02-12 19:27:33 DHCP Leased 192.168.90.183 IP address for client 30:AE:xxxxxxxx

While losing the 4G connection; I see problems with the internal IPs as well (DHCP issue, gateway issue?). I tried to fix the situation with planned reboot and reboot on connection lost... it does not help.

Any ideas to fix this?

Thanks, Marc

Hello,

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues!

I will ask you to replicate the issue (wait for the mobile connection to drop), then navigate to System → Administration → Troubleshoot and generate a troubleshoot file. It can be attached to the original question and will only be visible to Teltonika moderators.

The DHCP lease issues seem to be related to the loss of the 4G connection, can you verify this? Or does it happen randomly? Could you explain what the exact issue with DHCP is?
