Question

Just unpacked a RutX12. Unflrtunately only sim card slot 2 will open when you poke the small circle to the right. Is there anything that can be done or do I have to return the unit?

I would have posted a picture but apparently Iphone pictures are too big for this forum…

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues!

The front panel can be removed to access the SIM slots. However, if even after reinserting the SIM card with the front cover in place it does not open, there might be some damage to the unit in transportation. In this case, the unit can be returned for replacement.
