Frequently I am encountering an issue on RUTX14 devices where the webUI will become inaccessible. My browser will just stay loading the page indefinitely. I have tried incognito and a different browser.

The only solution I have been able to find is a complete hard reset of the router which is extremely annoying as I am working remotely and then have to apply my previous configuration.

Is there a way to resolve this issue through SSH as I have full ssh access.

As I understand, the issue is present on multiple units, is that correct?

By hard reset, do you mean a factory reset of physically unplugging the unit from the power and plugging it back in? Does this solve the issue completely, or only temporarily?

Were these devices updated before this started happening?
