Hello,

where is the Troubleshoot file on the routers filesystem? (I am using RUT9XX_R_GPL_00.06.09.2 Firmware)

I want to read the logs in the Terminal and not in the WebUI.

Thanks.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Teltonika Networks Technical support.

To read logs from the terminal please access the device via ssh with root as your username and your device password, then use the command logread command to read the device logs. You can also use logread -f command  to monitor and display real-time log messages from the RUTOs system log.

Alternatively when you download the troubleshoot file and open with either 7zip you will be able to analyze the device logs.

NOTE: It is always the best practice to upgrade your device to the latest firmware.

Kind regards,

Shadrack.
