Question

OpenWRT allows the possibility to have custom dashboards for IOT devices locally connected via use of Docker etc.  The reason to have local dashboard is cloud access is not guaranteed to be 100% available or even allowed by customers. Docker seems not to be an option on Teltonika units so is there another solution?  Clearly there are other ways to host a local dashboard but the router / gateway is a common point of access.

Hello,

RUT300 should have around 4MB of flash available for user packages and files, however, it has a USB port, which can be easily used for memory expansion.

Current RutOS does not have a feature such as custom dashboards, unless it is some third party package with its own dashboard.

Otherwise, you could use Teltonika's SDK to develop your own solution.
