Hello,

I managed to brick RUT956 when setting Modbus Slave TCP and then read/write the same values via Modbus Master TCP (I need this to control I/O via MQTT). I added registry for reboot and set Period to 1s and there it was - infinite restart loop. So my first steps were to reset the device via button (hard reset) and upload firmware file. Didn't help, signal strength LEDs blinking almost hour and nothing changed and the device was unreachable. So I believe my last hope is to upload bootloader file via link, but there is missing the bootloader file. Can I have one?

Thanks,

Vit Krupa, ECM System Solutions s.r.o.

Hello,

Please try firmware update following instructions here.

If that does not help. return your device to the reseller for a replacement or warranty repair.

Best regards,

Hello,

firmware update was the first thing I tried:

Okay, I will return it than but I am sure it's just software problem and can be solved without all this logistic stuff around.

Thanks,
