I'm trying to connect to a vpn hub but I received the following error:

The issue sees to be related to client's side. If you are using Windows, could you try suggestions provided here?

What OpenVPN application/version are you using on your client device?

Hi, Currently I'm using OpenVPN GUI 11.29.

It is strange because with a simple configuration it works (use a vpn hub having a RMS use associated)

After I change the config by adding a RMS Device and configure a route for it, I cannot connect.

After committing changes to VPN HUB configuration, you need to restart the HUB and redownload configuration file. Have you tried that?

I did it. Also I've exported the new config file and imported into OpenVPN client.

The error appeared using this new vpn user config.

I just changed the vpn client with the official one  from the OpenVPN website.

Now it connects successfully.

I'm checking to see why I still don't have access to the clients.

Finally I've succeeded by reimporting the new config.
