Hallo

We want a VPN tunnel from a Office PC to a RUT240 via internet. We configured this like the decription (https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/Connecting_to_the_office_network_remotely_from_your_home_via_VPN_(L2TP_over_IPsec)_using_RUT2xx). When I try to connect this Message on PC appears:

One problem ist that the decription ist not identical with my firmware (RUT2_R_00.07.03.4).

Know someone where the Problem is?

The guide you referred to was created for legacy WebUI design firmware.

When I connect VPN via Wlan then it works, when I try via internet the Message appears.

This guide is for two RUT, but we want one RUT as server and at the other end is a PC as client.

I tried once more the other configuration. When i triy to connect over Wlan then we can connect, but wenn we try over internet there is no connection and the following Message apears:
'Der L2TP-Verbindungsversuch ist fehlgeschlagen, da ein Verarbeitungsfehler während der ersten Sicherheitsbehandlung mit dem Remotecomputer aufgetreten ist.'
