Did you make any make any actions, which could have damaged the device, or made any configuration changes, after which it got to its current state?
What is the environment the device operates in, in terms of heat, humidity, electromagnetic interference?
Could you try to perform device recovery using bootloader menu to reflash device firmware? For instructions, please refer to this page.
