Firmware no longer supported after maintenance

Hi,

after maintenance earlier today 27/29 devices are offline. Maybe they come back in a few hours.

More importantly for some devices it tells me that the old firmware is no longer supported. Most of my RUT955 are using FW 6.x. This was not specified in the RMS PCN. I need RMS to update the firmware as physical access is not possible with most of them.

Hello,

By now the "old firmware is no longer supported" should be resolved and not visible anymore.

If you are still having connectivity issues, please send me your RMS company ID and device serial numbers. I will have them looked at for a solution.
