Question

Hello. We have a couple of RUT955 units used as camera routers... one our older one works fantastic however our newer version is a problem!

This RUT955 has been returned to me, on power up all leds are lit green, it will not reset via the rear pin hole switch, and it is not accessible via lan/webui (we have confirmed the connection using the other RUT955 works).

In a post with a similar issue on another Telonika router (RUT240) there is a suggestion to use 'power on reboot' is this safe to do with the RUT955?

Hello,

Please try device recovery by uploading firmware using bootloader menu. For instructions refer here.

If that does not help, return the device to your reseller for replacement or warranty repair.
