The RUT955 stopped working with the supplied 9v PSU but does power up via 12v PoE supplied to LAN1. Can this be fixed? This unit has only been under test for a couple of months in the lab and is due to be deployed soon.

Perhaps the output voltage of the PSU could be measured to check if the PSU itself is causing the issues?

If the PSU does not supply any voltage, the device should be exchanged for another one. Please contact your sales manager or the reseller.

Thanks for replying. The PSU output voltage is fine and I've tried a couple just to be sure. I'll contact the reseller for more advice.

The device will most likely have to be returned for RMA. The reseller should help you out in this regard.
