Do you have a copy of your Two-Factor authentication recovery codes? These codes can be used to access your account in case you lose access to your device.
If you lose your device and don't have the recovery codes, I'm afraid you will lose access to your RMS account. Since this is the only way to recover your account in the event of losing access to your device that has Teltonika ID installed.
If you do have a copy of your recovery codes, then kindly Login to your RMS account, click the "Regain account access with a recovery code", enter one of your recovery codes then click Verify.
It is very important to have a separate copy of your recovery codes in case you encounter an event like this one.
