Purchased 3 TRB245, for testing.

- After Purchasing Credits, and assigning them the device gets "No Such File or Directory"  when connecting to RMS

Factory reset or backup restore has not helped.

- Sim card is checked and valid.

Could you check your account settings, if you have private messages enabled, as I have no way to open your messages.

Hello,

Could you try removing and re-adding devices to RMS?

Otherwise, could you provide a screenshot with the error and serial numbers of the devices in a private message?
