Improvements:

Added Input/Output Post/Get URL parameter t_time changing delay and time to seconds or miliseconds

I am asking what attribute/values can "t_time" bet set to: to change from seconds (default)to milliseconds? 

This is a new feature to 7.00+ added by your dev team.

has not been updated to include information on this new parameter t_time 

Please can you offer t_time values ?

Please use the time attribute the following way:

http://192.168.1.1/cgi-bin/io_state?username=user1&password=pass1&pin=dio1&state=on&t_time=sec&time=3&delay=1
http://192.168.1.1/cgi-bin/io_state?username=user1&password=pass1&pin=dio1&state=on&t_time=msec&time=3000&delay=1000
