Hello,
I have a problem with some of my devices. They are installed in very specific location (very close to the cell tower) so they have almost ideal signal. Setup is very basic. I'm connecting to the device by VPN to access some devices in local subnetwork. FW is RUT9_R_00.07.03.3.
Last time I lost VPN connection for almost 10 min without any possibility to connect. Generally problem appears in all of my 4 devices with are configured in the same way.
I attach troubleshoot file containing recent crash.
Do You have any issues what can cause it and how it can be solved?
Regards Konrad

Hello,

I would like you to enable additional logging and attach a new troubleshoot file.

For this you will need to login to the router via CLI/SSH and execute the following commands:

  • echo "debug" >> /etc/ppp/options.pptp
  • /etc/init.d/network restart

Once done, wait for a couple of disconnects to occur, generate a new file and attach it by editing your original question.

Best regards,
