Question

Firmware RUT36X_R_00.02.06.1 installed via boot loader works, any other firmware higher, RUT36X_R_00.07.00 and the latest gets the "failed to load menu data" error when trying to log in, I need help here please!

Hello,

I would like you to attach a troubleshoot file to your question. Update to 02.06.1 firmware, then access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there. The logs in the file might provide more insight into the issue.

We might need to arrange a remote to recover your device.
