I'm trying to add a RUT950 router to the RMS portal but it fails with the following Error message:

"Device with serial <redacted> from entry number 1 already exists"

This device may have previously been added to another RMS account, however we don't have details for this.

Can someone from Teltonika check this for me.

Hello,

  

If the RUT950 is on the latest firmware version, you should be able to navigate to Services → Cloud Solutions → RMS and press the "Unregister" button.

Let me know if that does not work.

Thanks for the response. I've been in direct contact with Teltonika and we found out that this device was still associated with another RMS account that I had created a number of years ago but  had forgotten about. The device was removed from that account and will be added to the new RMS account.
