Hello,

I tried to connect a new router to the platform by writing the serial number, the MAC adress and the password but it just says that it can't be added :(

How can I solve it ?

Hello,

Could you write the error message that you are receiving, when the device fails to add?

Also, could you send me the serial number of your device in a private message?
