I am having an issue getting access into my RU950 unit, I downgraded my unit to version RUT9XX_R_00.06.08.6_WEBUI due to not being able to get access to the UI on version 7 due to the Error “Failed to load menu” when downgrading that seems to have done the trick however, when upgrading again they locked me out the UI and SSH.

I have now running version RUT9_R_00.07.03.3_WEBUI.bin but am not able to get into the UI, and have access via SSH.

Could anyone tell me how this can be fixed, seems the version 7 software has a range of issues.

I would like you to login to your router via SSH and attach a screenshot/text copy of the SSH command hexdump -C /dev/mtd1 output.

There is a likelihood, that we will need to arrange a remote session via Anydesk for me to recover your device.

Before that I would also need a serial number of your router.
