Question

Hallo,

ich habe einige dieser Router in Gebrauch und alle sind gleich konfiguriert.

Mein neues Gerät ist jedoch nur einige Stunden online, dann weder über VPN, noch über LAN oder WLAN erreichbar. Nur die LED für Stromversorgung leuchtet noch.
Nach einem Unterbrechen der Stromversorgung arbeitet das Gerät wieder für einige Stunden normal.

Auto-Reboot on ping oder periodical nutzt nichts.

Was kann ich noch probieren oder ist das ein Hardware-Fehler?

Hello,

I would like you to perform firmware reflashing using bootloader menu. For instructions, please refer here.

If the issue still persists, I would like you to do the following:

• Login to router's WebUI;
• Navigate to System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot;
• Under Logging settings section set Save log in option to Flash memory (this is temporary, to preserve logs after device reboot, as logging in flash increases its wear), or, if possible, save logs in some remote host;
• After the device becomes inaccessible, restart it, access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there. 
• Attach the file by editing your original question.

The logs do not indicate any issues, though the CPU load is rather high.

Could you update your firmware to 7.04 (can be downloaded here) with Keep settings option disabled and check if the issue persists afterwards?

leider trat der Fehler einige Minuten nach Absenden meiner vorigen Nachricht wieder auf.
Ich sende das Produkt zurück und hoffe, dass das Austauschgerät keine Probleme bereitet.
